DE Zach Harrison (All B1G, Atlanta Falcons)

Especially since both probably won’t be starters, and Mitchell has a big uphill battle for PT.

Babb has consistently been regarded as one of the Buckeyes’ top leaders for the past two years even though he has not yet caught a pass at Ohio State due to repeated knee injuries.

Babb has barely played at all and he is a 2 time captain. I think being a captain is more about leadership than playing time.

Agreed and from what I can tell Babb had that “it factor” with leadership that I haven’t seen out of the other guys. And with regards to PT, he hasn’t had the opportunity due to injuries and these guys have been healthy, they just haven’t performed to be perfectly honest.

That was more my point. Babb hasn't had the opportunity due to health, and Harrison and Mitchell have and done little with it

Outside of the personal foul, I thought Zach had a great game defensively when he was in there, especially in run support. He may never be Chase or the Bosas, but I think a healthy rotation of him, Sawyer, and JT is gonna be a problem this year.

The most decisive he's looked since he arrived by far. Amazing how much more explosive a guy like Zach can look when playing in a cohesive scheme.

He’s nothing more than depth. I wouldn’t expect big stats, just happy that he can give JT and Sawyer a breather. I just don’t see the light going on . I hope I’m wrong, matter of fact I pray I’m wrong. But I don’t think so

You're not wrong, if anything it looks like he's regressed from last year, or doesn't fit well in the new scheme. Plenty of games left but given it is Zach's senior year, I also don't see him being more than someone who gives JT and Sawyer a breather unfortunately. Like you, really hoping to eat crow on that prognostication.

He played the most snaps of the DE Saturday hopes that changes as the season progresses.
