Yeah, for sure. I keep thinking about that what could have been and then I realize that what could have been could have been a lot worse for the kid. Sad that he didn't get straight in Columbus but as you said, thrilled for him and his family now. Hope that he's able to continue to build positive momentum in his life.

I wish things could have been different for the kid's sake. I don't regret it from OSU's end, as they had very disciplined play (and a freaking pick six to slay the king) from Steve Miller. Noah was supremely gifted but was not always the most disciplined player. On the flip side, he was pretty young at the time and the OSU DL still wasn't disciplined late in year 3 under Urban (without Noah).

I would have loved to see Noah, Joey, Washington, Hubbard but there was no scenario where that would take place, as Noah would've been a rich man in April 2015 if he had not been suspended.

A post on the Ravens' website last week speculated that Spence could fall into Round 2. Forget it. But Baltimore could grab the edge-rushing dynamo here. Spence starred during Senior Bowl week, consistently beating tackles around the bend. Teams will have to dig into his character, but the talent is there to justify a top-10 spot.

NFL team asked Eastern Kentucky DE Noah Spence about drug use. Pushed him a bit. Spence: "I wasn't the only one doing it at OSU, trust me."

Now, he's denying he said that?
WTF?
