Interestingly, Ohio State lost the Big Ten title game to Michigan State, which learned just before it left for its Rose Bowl trip that its team-leading senior middle linebacker Max Bullough had been suspended due to a team rules violation. MSU also did not specify what rule was broken.

I wonder how often they get tested; with the way his parents were reportedly so vigorous against them, it makes me wonder if it was a supplement he's been taking for some time. Pure speculation (we need more of that here, no?) creatine isn't a banned NCAA substance but I can't find a list of Big Ten banned substances; if anyone has better luck, I'd love to see it to see if that is on their list. It would make sense to why it never was an issue for NCAA or OSU tests but only Big Ten.
What is strange to me is that the rule broken was a B1G rule, then why wouldn't also be a school rule for not just tOSU but all schools in the conference.
I know some years back OSU had someone in their strength and conditioning program associated with Advocare. Is that person no longer there? Because, a lot of their product line are an informed choice products.

Story is much different from what we were told.
Was actually suspended a year for Ecstasy but got it down to 3 games because it was believed to be an accident.
