I did some more digging And found out that Young was in fact suspended for 4 games.
However instead of sitting out entire games he was asked to sit out the 4th quarter of each of OSU's 1st 8 games.
In fact it appears that most of our 1st team units on both offense and defense were guilty of some sort of infraction.
