DE Chase Young (Nagurski, Hendricks, Bednarik, Silver Football, NFL DROY, New Orleans Saints)

I'm not sure why taking money from an agent is illegal, but GIVING money to a college player is not. No ramifications for the agent. It is unfair.

my question is “how” do you penalize the agent?

he doesn’t work for the NCAA so you can’t suspend or fire him.
and i don’t think the NCAA has any legal authority to fine him.

so what can they truly do to penalize him?
ban him from contacting players? that’s already illegal.

I would think the NFL, who CLEARLY has a working relationship with the NCAA, can be goaded into action.

Why are you so confident he wouldn't come back?
Really? You think I'm just engaging in conjecture? Think about college players in the last few years. Young HAD to know he was committing a serious violation, putting the whole team's year at risk, yet he did it anyway (allegedly). By my definition, it's selfishness, and that will lead to sitting out. It's not hard.

I just need to stop going to games. This year I have tix for tomorrow this happens. Last year Bosa got hurt against TCU. The year before that they got beat by Oklahoma. Then the last game before that I went to ended up being Tressels last game at the shoe. I'm sorry guys. I'll stop going to games.

Go to ann arbor(you know she's a whore?) where losers congregate...

Would like to point out - feels similar with what happened to Troy. 2 game suspension would have precedent here and feel fitting.

Removes Youngs Heisman chances and forces him to miss his last game, a top 5 matchup, at home no less.

Should that happen, God help the poor souls that line up across from him there after. You want motivation?... You'll see it.

Important fact to remember - we're talking about college kids here. College kids have a near perfect record of questionable - and sometime downright bad - decision making. I know I made more than a few really bad decisions when I was in college.

Are you not counting Rutgers as an actual game?
