-Curry plans to take unofficial visits in June, and officials in the fall. He’s planning on visiting Ohio State, Alabama, Clemson as well as a Pac12 swing this spring. ($)
As usual, a good (FREE) read from Birm
“We were both fired up,” Curry told Lettermen Row. “It was all I was expecting, but better. They just treated me as high priority. Anyone can say your at the top of their [recruiting] board, but then you get there and they have no fire.
“I feel like they were just excited and most genuinely happy to see me.”
If you look at the classes we've been having, you can certainly tell that our coaches are better at that than most. The weakest links on our staff with recruiting happen to be a 1st year coach(by default because he's just starting out: Barnes) and a coaches who's one of our best talent developers once the kids arrive on campus(Stud). And tbh, I'd take them both over 98% of the coaches in the B1G and 90% over the coaches nationallyJust sayin': Isn't that how a great recruiter should make every recruit feel? I'm hoping all the Ohio State coaches recruit that way, not just Larry Johnson.
