Although it ended on a sour note yet led to hiring Matty P, Coombs to Knowles was a pretty massive upgrade too.

Agreed.
Coombs to a garden gnome would be a larger upgrade than any other mentioned.

Or UFM hiring wedding party guys to manage key parts of his football team (LBs, and Wrs)....guess the solution is to hire ex-Buckeye players to be position coaches.....
