He’s come in and installed a multiple pro-style defense, but did so by explaining and teaching it in way that the players can understand and execute it. Vivid counterpoint to an evil genius who sits in a room and schemes up how to deploy his system that requires incremental progress over two or three seasons to be successful.

Yep and coming from the NFL I suspect his Penn State gameplan will look nothing like his Texas gameplan which will look nothing like his TSUN gameplan. Which is the opposite of Coombs which was we do what we do no matter what and expect to out talent you.

yeah I was debating whether they go vanilla or still do some exotic stuff to practice and put it on tape for people to fret over
