DB Jeremy Cash (transfer to Duke)

I think Jeremy has given Ohio State more than a fair shake and aside from a verbal commit, can't say I'd expect much more at this stage in his recruitment.
He's been to multiple camps, visited basketball games in the winter, and has good friends that play for the Buckeyes (Travis Howards). I think we are in fine shape still.

How exactly is this anything like Joyner? Because they are both from Florida? Because they both play DB? Wow, sounds like a lot of guys we recruit every year. Most will get away and we will land a few and be quite happy. But just to recap:

1a) Joyner CAME to the spring game

2a) Joyner was a 5* recruit

3a) Joyner never camped at OSU (AFAIK)

1b) Cash now may NOT come to the spring game

2b) Cash, despite what we may think, is not getting love from the recruiting services

3b) Cash HAS camped at OSU (even arriving in a business suit)

Am I happy Cash may not make it the spring game? No. Are we fighting an uphill battle? Probably, and that will probably be true with most every Florida recruit not name Mike Brewster or who hasn't received any other big offers (Ohrian Johnson). Will we land Cash? Who knows, but I certainly like our chances better with a less-highly touted (by the services) Florida recruit who came up to camp intent on earning an OSU offer than a 5* out of region prospect whose favorite team we knew all along was FSU.

End rant.
