not really....i stopped talking about fox a while ago

Uh you said, quote: "if we have fox back there or not....our run game still sucks. say we win those 2 games because of more inspired defense........are we really that much better off? we would still be masking our terrible offense with Ws."

We may not be much better off, but I'll take a W any time. No one is disagreeing about the woes of or running game. I'll mask a bad offense with a W rather than let it show through with an L any day.

ill take a W any day also, but not at the expense of getting better. theres a point where the Ws mask the terrible offense so much that we dont understand how bad it is....like last year and this year.

I'm not a "doomsday prophet", but I don't think we could do worse with a defensive coordinator than Snyder...

Maybe if he moves to the booth, he'll improve, but I have my doubts.
Dantonios defense wasn't stellar his first year either, sometimes it takes players a year or so to adjust and no doubt it may take Snyder the same amount of time to adjust. I will agree though that if Dantonio was still here the defense would be better, because there wouldn't be a learning curve. I just think we should give Snyder a chance, if you want to know why we are 3-2 look no farther than Jim Bollman and his great O-line coaching. Although im sure it is just the youth, because we had such a great O-line last year. Just My humble opinion.
