Christian Bryant, Special to The Plain Dealer, September 10, 2009 8:36 p.m.
This past Saturday we played a team out of Columbus called Reynoldsburg.
It was an intense game for us. Reynoldsburg went up on us 14-0 early. They came out the gate hype and ready, because it was their first home game so they were trying to put on a show for their fans.
But after we got warm and settled down, we did great. We won't come out dull again this season!
Our defense is really playing well right now, but we still have things to work on as a team, and we all know that.

That is not the only fun thing I am doing this weekend. I will be attending the Ohio State vs. USC game on Saturday, at the Horseshoe. That game should be a great game, and the atmosphere is going to be phenomenal! So I am really looking forward to this weekend, it should be a fun one.
After quickly falling behind, 13-0, the Tarblooders scored 26 unanswered points and took control of the field thanks to their quick-strike and big-play offense led by quarterback/defensive back Christian Bryant.
"It was excellent," Ginn Sr. said of the senior's performance. "Christian stepped up at quarterback and he had a big job tonight."
The 5-10, 185-pounder scored in four separate ways with a touchdown pass, a touchdown run, a field goal and an 82-yard interception return for a touchdown in the third quarter. Bryant compiled 150 of Glenville's 453 yards of total offense.
"This is one of the best games of my life," Bryant said with a smile. "I really just did it for my team. We knew what we had to do today because this was a big obstacle we had to overcome."
Christian Bryant, Glenville: The senior all-purpose player rushed for 4 yards, had a 42-yard touchdown reception, along with three tackles, including one solo and a pass deflection, in a 47-6 win over Collinwood.

Two of the top prospects in the nation are expected to be in East Lansing this weekend when the Spartans battle Iowa for first place in the Big Ten. Glenville (Ohio) products Christian Bryant and Latwan Anderson are both scheduled for official visits to Michigan State.

The 5-foot-10, 175-pounder is a four-star recruit, according to Riavls.com, and the 10th-best cornerback prospect in the nation. Bryant has over 30 scholarship offers from BCS-conference schools, but has maintained a top three of Michigan State, Ohio State and Tennessee the past few months.
Bryant camped at MSU this summer and was impressed with what he saw. "I really want to see how the overall Michigan State atmosphere is, the campus life, how the games are, everything," he said to SpartanMag.com. "(I want to ) talk to the coaches and see how the academics are and everything. So I'm just trying to figure out everything.?
Bryant expects to officially visits his three top choices and then make his decision. MSU defensive coordinator Pat Narduzzi is Bryant's primary recruiter, but head coach Mark Dantonio has been involved, as well.
