Brandon hired the enormous turd of a coach after an absolute debacle of a search. That, along with the numerous other gaffes...many of which lay directly at pizza man's feet...well, it's not surprising he was axed first. I think all of his email shenanigans coming out this week was the final nail in his coffin. I mean, really...what kind of AD gets into email/twitter pissing matches with fans? Gene Smith, for all of his buffoonery, never stooped to that level. Bill Martin, for all of his magnificence, at least limited his interactions to berating poor ushers in the stadium. Hoke will be gone either the week leading up to, or immediately after The Game.

It wouldn't surprise me to see them cap Hoke's ass the week leading up to The Game in the desperate attempt to recreate the Earle Bruce game from 27 years ago.

Raising ticket prices, blasting stadium music that drowns out the band, claiming that a Beyonce (or someone like that) halftime show was what Michigan football is all about, alienating everyone he came in contact with by being an asshole... Brandon did plenty on his own to get fired. Hiring Hoke was just the foundation he built his incompetence on.

Just a note here that Dave Brandon is the QUINTESSENTIAL Michigan Man. Went to school there . Played under Bo. Everything. He IS what they wanted. They can hire the next guy, but if they want the next guy to be ir become a Michigan Man, they'll end up with another Brandon all over again.

Oh, god.....the Reds are going to hire this loser. I don't know how and I don't know why, but I can just fucking feel it.
