You got a link? I mean, you just gonna tease me?

An NYPD source said that “dick pic” photos of real penises have also been texted to 311, and a caller phoned in a tip that de Blasio was seen performing oral sex on someone “in an alleyway behind a 7-11” early Sunday.

“He looked at me…and coofed in my direction,” the caller said, according to a photo of the 311 operator’s computer screen provided to The Post.

I mean, we'll need to get this fact checked but it sounds legit enough

Hey, that’s great Jake. My response was a reflection of my experience with the Cook County Sheriffs Dept. Been told most of the county jails are just housing for the mentally ill these days.

Been that way for a while. I lived in Uptown from ‘84 to ‘91. As facilities were closed they’d drop folks off by the tens and twenties in our neighborhood. We had a feeding program and eventually shelters. The homeless population I dealt with had three main types: Mentally Ill, Substance Addicted and some that just Checked Out of the race. Obviously plenty of overlap person to person.

Get in trouble on North Broadway, cops pick you up and take you to DHS so they don’t have to book you. DHS says, “Sorry, nothing available”, so off to the drunk tank. Couple of days and you’re back on Clark looking for a score. Round and round and round. The years I spent helping feed and clothe folks worse off than me; Giving attention to fatherless kids; Working with guys just released from prison. Those years showed me that homelessness in America, or anywhere, isn’t a “solvable problem”. It’s part of life. You can contribute to those that are in a rough place, and often resent your efforts, or you can try and ignore them, but don’t waste your time looking for a Solution™.

Wow, that went all Debby Downer real fast.
