Here is hoping someone who knows more than me can give me some advice (if your advice costs money please keep it) 
Here is the situation.
Couple gets divorced. Husband is ordered to pay alimony. Payments frequently bounce or dont show up.
Wife hires collection agent at 49% of money collected as a fee. (She asked him to collect not only alimony but money she felt she was owed for two years of no support while still married)
Collections agent collects money succesfully for two months.
After none of the money is turned over to the wife and she is made aware of a 49% fee she wasnt made aware of (think fine print) She informs the collection agent that his services are no longer desired.
He collects one more months worth of payments by strong arming the husband and threatening his credit and possible arrest.
Two more times the wife informs him that he has been fired. He makes a claim that he has an iron-clad contract (online contract) and that he is still owed money. He states that he is owed his cut for all money that the wife recieved before his services were even requested and that to cancel the contract he will "fine" the wife 4000$ (the alimony is 1000$ a month).
The collections agent has collected 3000$ and passed none of it on to the wife and claims that he is still owed more money.
