put a dead hooker in his trunk.

the facts as it were.

you hired pencil dick
pencil dick's job is to collect money from bucky katt
bucky katt has paid atleast 3 months to pencil dick
pencil dick has yet to send you a dime
fine print has reared its ugly head as pencil dick claims he is still owed 1k

while i can understand not reading mr. pencil dick's fine print, it would have been wise. im guessing the 4k is a minimum payment for services rendered and he's going to continue to stick it to poor bucky until he has it. further, im guessing you won't see a dime until after he has collected his 4k.

talk to a lawyer. both of you. pencil dick probably has a iron clad contract that fully covers him on this, but you don't seem particularly satisfied with the services rendered.

oh no, he claims he is owed 4000 on top of the 3000 he has already collected... nevermind his 49% over one year would have only rendered him 6000 in the first place (the alimony is only for one year) He also claims he is due half of all money that the husband paid her before the collections agent was ever hired.

You have to have some sort of unfair trade and deceptive practice act statute in your hood. Something with attorneys fees to the winner. His advertising is unfair and deceptive. I did not bother to read if there is binding arbitration or if there is a limitation on class actions, but you need to go after his ass. Sue him on a contingency deal if you can, and let him start paying his lawyer cash to defend his actions.

Every new marriage needs some litigation.
