Compared to how shitty the 3rd film turned out in the original
Series, yeah. I liked Andrew Garfield a little more then Toby.
I also liked the direction they went, borrowing from the
Ultimate Spiderman universe.

IMO Thor was the weakest of Phase 1 so it will be interesting to see what kind if pickup he gets from The Avengers. I think this movie will be the critical test for Marvel outside of Ironman and The Avengers.
