Both associated with Christopher Nolan, but I like Bane's mask more than General Zod's.

Let me preface this by saying I'm not a comic book guy, just a guy that enjoys comic book based movies.

I think Superman has the same villain problem that The Avengers do in that you can't find a proper bad guy on earth. The Avengers worked because they went with alien bad guys. Superman Returns didn't work because it's hard to believe that Lex Luther could be an equal to gay Superman. This Superman should have fixed it by bringing in other Kryptonian's that will force Superman to be super. I wait for the Bluray for most movies, but I might go to the theater for Superman if it looks like a blockbuster.

I read an article last week about Marvel and DC and the best case for DC will be for this movie to be a blockbuster and allow them to go into Phase 1 of the Justice League, which would kick off with Superman 2. Biggest problem with that is you need to reboot Batman or make Joseph Gordon-Levitt the new Batman. The other big problem is that Green Lantern already bombed and I don't know if Wonder Woman, Aquaman, and The Flash will be able to carry movies like Thor and Captain America can do.

Marvel also has the Superhero genre locked down by putting out a couple
Avengers movies a year. Sony putting out a Spiderman movie every 2-3 years and Fox putting out an X-Men movie every 2-3 years.

Superman better be up there with Ironman 3 if DC wants to get in the game.

They really need to make a "Human Centipede 3"? Number 1 and 2 couldn't cover it?

The funny thing is, Eric Roberts committed to it, which is either telling as to his career or the quality of the movie.

Also starring Zeus (from the Hulk Hogan move 'No Holds Barred'), Bree Olsen (the porn star and Charlie Sheen companion), and the leads from the last 2 movies, playing entirely different roles. What could go wrong? :lol:
