This team hasn't improved a damn bit from last year. And the system they play is going to expose Krusty Lesla as a below-average NHL defenseman.

And I also see that Kristian Huselius is still content to take 20-30 foot wrist-shots with no traffic in front of the net so the goalie has absolutely no trouble stopping them :shake:

I've seen Filatov have some solid chances. Just got robbed by Turco.

Has he looked good, or have I just decided to look at that game at the right times?

(Watching Pens game on the other side of my computer screen fyi)

he's been playing hard.

The effort seems to mostly be there - it's just that they aren't a good team yet.

They need Brassard and Voracek to start playing hockey. They didn't look that great in Sweden, and from what I've read on HFBoards, they've been pretty unimpressive tonight.

Well Voracek was unable to help on the first goal.

I don't remember Brassard's name being mentioned one time.
