That game last night was beautiful.

JO, what are your thoughts on the Novotny/Thomas collision last night? I'm guessing Boston fans would be looking for a penalty on that but it looked fine to me. Thomas seemed to step right into Novotny. Goalie ought to be fair game if he's back there right?

And I love the Jackets too. They just weren't around when I started liking hockey. :p

Game is a no-lose for me. That being said, I've never been to a Pens' game that they've lost. And the Jackets have only won two games that I've been to.. one in OT (Adam Foote shorthanded OT goal ftw). I don't know how many CBJ games I've been to, but I've seen them get shut out about five times. Their winning percentage when I go has to be under 10%. :shake:

the rule is vauge. as far as i know they werent mad. their bench didnt look so fired up. it looked like they bumped into each other to me. you have to protect the netminder but when you leave the net incidental contact will occur. boston fans are mostly reasonable and know their hockey. plus a goal didnt occur right then.


on a side note. was that not the best hockey game ever at nationwide?
