College Football Playoff (2015-16 Season)

If anyone was guilty of "Clemsoning", there was no bigger culprit than this guy.

A) Tried to tackle Derrick Henry via Dreads: TD

B) Probably had no chance to stop OJ Howard as he was wide open on broken coverage, but he was mighty quick to not make any attempt: TD

C) Contain guy. Did not contain: TD

D) Took the worst angle perhaps ever seen by man including strolling right into a block. Again, showed little effort in pursuit: Significant gain leading to winning TD.

I can handle a team built like Alabama with a coaching staff like they have winning another title. I don't know what I would do if a special ed coach was able to hoist our trophy.

Pretty much this. I knew when Alabama was only down three points going into the fourth quarter that the game was theirs--no way would Swinney be able to match wits with Saban; those two are just in different leagues. Swinney can't even coach his defenders and special teamers not to lose contain.

Quite the clemsoning. The more talented offense lost to the much better team. I'm still not sure who the heck that was at qb nor why Clemson couldn't cover their only established and biggest receiver. Unlike 09 and 11, that title was earned. Congrats to Bama.

P.s. it's a good thing Kirby smart is headed elsewhere or someone might start blaming him for yet another disastrous performance against a spread offense in the postseason.
Resistance is futile.

All Hail our SECSECSEC Overlords. :sad2:
Florida, georgia, LSU, Tenn, aggy sure are looking good.

And it was a close game in the 4th, which it wasn't last year. So that should have only helped the rankings when comparing to last year.

But I think it's less of an OSU vs. Bama pull. I think OSU pulls in more eyeballs, but not much more. It was more of an Oregon vs. Clemson pull. Not only does Oregon pull in more eyeballs, but then you had the East Coast vs. West Coast. This was only Southeast US.

After sleeping on things last night, I decided that if Bama lost, Dominic Jackson was to blame. He got absolutely worked last night. Killed at least five drives.

Nick Saban outcoached Dabo.

The decision to change the defensive style from a contain to an attack in the second half against watson was huge.

Mackenzie Alexander was the victim of karma. He sent the tweet to Marty Smith saying his hamstring was hurt from the OK game and he was a game time decision. Of course, he ends up popping his other hamstring and his backup gets massacred.
