At what point are there "too many cooks in the kitchen?"

I think it's just titles so they can be paid more. I wouldn't read into it that we actually have a committee on play calling.

Not that it equates to wins, but it seems like they are keeping talented coaches and hoping to develop them internally.

At the point they are fighting over playing calls or game plan. Otherwise let them cook

I think some of these titular moves revolve around compensation bands and such. I know it's not exact, but they are still University Employees and that stuff has to fall into some patterns.
