Hopefully Chimidi Chekwa is ready for this.Doucet and Byrd are very good players.

Brandon LaFell leads the team in receiving yards. Terrance Tolivier is only going to get better with a few weeks of practice. LSU is good and deep at receiver. They are big physical receivers too which is probably going to be an issue for Chekwa.

If you ask me, it's a function of the insane expectations "we" had for him as a recruit compared to what he's done while at OSU. The kid can play, I think. But, I don't think the light has come on for him yet. If I'm right in this, he's been doing what he's done on raw athletic ability and instinct, which is a good thing... It would be a better thing once he "gets" it.

With over 2 and a half weeks to adjust, I don't think this will have a wholesale effect on the team or gameplan. Washington has played the best of the bunch, but its not like Checkwa , Amos, O'Neal are dog food. With this much time to adjust the coaches wil have time to evaluate the situation and coach the players appropriately.

Besides, depth is a large factor in winning championships. Let the other guys prove that Ohio State is worthy of that title.
