Grover with the line of the night in the booth. At 3-1, Manning said "COme to papa!" and when Santana hit it about 700 miles, Grover says "He came to papa...and papa spanked him!" :slappy:

Just now getting home, and i'm actually kinda sobered up! Me and 9 friends went to the game tonight and I gotta say we had a BLAST! Everyone in the stadium (even though there weren't a lot) had a helluva time. You can tell that the fans that are showing up are just riding on an euphoric high with the way these guys are playing.

I don't think I sat down after the 6th inning, as did most everyone else around us. We were in shallow RF in row K so we were pretty close when Santana blasted the grand slam in the bottom of the 9th right in front of us. The reaction from everyone as soon as it hit the bat was fucking NUTS! Watch the highlights and the guys on base knew it as soon as he hit it and just threw there arms up. The fireworks after the game were pretty damn good as usual so all in all a great night was had...

GOOOOOOO TRIBE!!!!!!!!!!

One game left in April...

  • 4.5 game lead in the division (largest in the majors)
If you would have told me this one month ago, I would have told you to "up your meds". Unreal. I'm still gripping the rails waiting for the smack back to reality, but each win has me loosening the grip a little. Maybe this can be one of those magical years. Hell, the division certainly seems down...bigtime.
