I know that three "starters" were out, but this still has to be one of the worst losses in team history.
Up 7 with 48 seconds to go AND Indy misses a pair of free throws. Game should be over, right? Not so fast, my friends.
Pacers get offensive rebound, cut lead to five.
Cavs literally turn the ball over two seconds later.
Allen blocks a shot with 35 seconds left but Pacers get another offensive rebound and cut the lead to three.
Cavs call timeout and commit turnover on inbounds pass.
Pacers get fouled, make first free throw to cut the lead to two, then miss second free throw with 12 seconds left. Game should finally be over now, right? Nope....
Pacers get another offensive rebound, their 3rd in final 48 seconds, and hit a game-winning three.
Cavs had zero field goal attempts and zero free throws in final 48 seconds as Pacers close out game on a 8-0 run. Hard to imagine a bigger choke job than that.
