Cleveland Cavs (2016 NBA Champions)

I dont understand it but these guys are actually playing a lot better the past few games. Could it be the disgruntled "vets" are just butt hurt about losing playing time to the kids? JR wanted traded. Teams are interested in Korver. Any other old guys they can get rid of they should.

Let's see what the kids can do.

Report: Cavaliers offering Kyle Korver, protected pick for Fultz

I watch virtually no NBA anymore.. but isn't Fultz vying for Mega-bust designation?

Vying with, but not to Bennett levels. As long as the pick is something more like lottery protected I think it would be a good move. Fultz needs to get healthy and play for a team that can give him minutes to develop without the need to compete now. The Sixers can't wait for him and need a guy like Korver to give them a shot this year.

Utah will send two future second-round picks to the Cavs for Korver, league sources tell ESPN.

Do 2nd round picks come with green stamps?

Just sayin': There has been some good players picked in the 2nd round, like this guy who is ranked #3 on the list:

Ranking 60 Best Second Round Draft Picks Since 1980
#3 Isaiah Thomas

REPORT: Cavs trade Kyle Korver to Jazz

Re: For the Cavs, this was a move that had to be made. Cleveland is not contending this season, so Korver deserved to be on a winning team.

Just curious as to what makes him so deserving and not any of the others....

Cause Korver is old and not a pissy bitch like JR. I'm guessing others will be deserving by the time the deadline rolls around. Thinking they could be competitive after Lebron left was a huge mistake. Should have instantly gone into fire sale/asset accumulation mode. They just need to make sure they draft like OKC or GS rather than the shit show we saw last time Lebron left.

Story is Korver had handshake agreement with Cavs that if LeBron didn't come back they would trade him.
