Cleveland Cavs (2016 NBA Champions)

Kyrie got banged up in the shoulder tonight in the loss to the Raptors. Great player when he can stay on the court. Not that we should be questioning Grant / Scott at this point, but shut him down now and get the tank rolling.

Dude needs to add some muscle this off season.

Hopefully they can get him deadlifting and what not.

A lot of these injuries seem like could be prevented with a stronger body in general and a core specifically.

I'd really like to meet the jackass coach who started the don't lift it will ruin your flexibility lie that is so prominent in hoops and baseball. I was taught that crap in middle school / high school for baseball and never realized how stupid that advice was until i went to OSU.

Like weakness is ever a good thing.

Like getting huge and becoming inflexible is something that happens on accident overnight.

Most stupid advice I was ever given probably.

Live and learn.

Exactly what I was thinking. Shut Kyrie down for the season and get him in the weight room. I want to see 15-20 lbs of muscle on him before next season. Thompson and Zeller need to be in the 20-30 lb range.

It's only their second year and they're both what, twenty? I think all three of them will naturally get stronger and heavier as they get older.

The Bucks keep winning to stay ahead of the Lakers for the first non-lottery
spot.

When Waiters plays like he did in the last half of the fourth period, he really
has the look of a special player. Toronto had no answer for him. If he continues to get better, and listen to Byron Scott, he really can become a
very good player.

I don't know how Alex Len does it but if I had to play on the same court as those ball hog guards he plays with, I think I'd be kicking someones ass. I watched them Saturday and they never look to gewt him the ball.

Getting out-tanked by the Bullets is not that bad of a deal. Take a look at the remaining schedule for March and you'll quickly see that the Tank will easily be on track going into the last games in April.

Off the top of my head, they have 2 games in Texas, followed by 2 games at home against the top two teams in the East. After the Heat at home, they travel back to Texas to play Houston.

Of the remaining 18 games, only four of them would be considered games they have a decent chance at winning: Orlando, Detroit, @NO, @Char.

The other 14 games are: 2 Miami, 2 Indiana, 2 Boston, 2 Philly, @Dallas, @ San Antonio, @ Houston, @ Atl, Knicks and Brooklyn.

Best case scenario would possibly be 6 more wins. More likely would be 5-13, for a total of 27 wins. That might be good enough for a top 5 pick.

Either way, the Cavs need to finish behind Washington in the standings because they apparently have a hard on for Otto Porter.

Kinda pissed. Had tickets to tonights game, not very good seats. Figured it would be a blowout. Sold them for $150.

Well, I was right about the blowout part. Cleveland 50 - Bitches 33.

Betrayal is a 6 letter word (Lebr*n). Streak ends tonight in Cleveland. That will go just a little way to ease some of the pain of the past 2 years.

Cavs need to come out strong to open the second half. With no Irving or Waiters I wouldn't be surprised if the Heat want to let the Cavs get a big lead just to stage an epic comeback to rub it in our faces. This would be a great time for Boobie to find his old 3pt form.
