Cleveland Browns (official thread of Masochism 2015)

I never thought about this before someone mentioned it to me but has Johnny done anything worse than Joe Willie did when he was playing. I do not think so.

Joe Willie was the Jets Offensive MVP and AFL Rookie of the Year in 1965. Johnny is in his second year still trying to convince his team he's the future at QB.

I do not think that should make a difference just because he was named Rookie of the Yea plus let us not forget Bobby Layne but you have to be pretty old to remember him. However I do agree that his time would be better spent watching film especially if he wants to really improve himself like he says.

Pettine has benched Johnny. In fact he has now #3.. Josh to start Monday with Davis as #2
BREAKING NEWS Browns coach Mike Pettine says Josh McCown will start at QB Monday vs. Baltimore, and that Johnny Manziel has been demoted to No. 3 QB.

It makes a huge difference when you've established yourself as an NFL player, like Namath and Layne, versus a guy who hasn't remotely done so.

Manziel had 6 games in front of him to prove he's the QB in Cleveland going into next year. He was so concerned about locking down the starting gig that he flew off to Texas to party like a college kid when he could've been focusing on his career. That's immaturity, lack of dedication, and lack of leadership. You can't get away with that stuff when you're not lighting it up on the field.

Manziel and his lunacy is the ONLY reason to pay attention to this shit show, and now that's probably gone.

I'd LOVE to see an IQ test competition between Johnny Goodtimes aand Josh Gordon. I'd wager they'd struggle to crack 100 between them.
