Buckeneye
I lead, you follow.
Ika slides into a starting role pretty much immediately. It's somewhat surprising, but Dalvin Tomlinson's pass rush win rate is quite high for a guy who isn't really thought of as such from the IDL. I'd suspect he gets a lot of looks at 3tech and beyond this year for our most favorable matchups. Which is an absolute ton of beef in the middle and wingspan on the edge. Sort of looks like those late 2000's Vikings Dlines with the Williams boys.
The nice thing about having a combination like Za'Darius and McGuire is that you can limit the vets snap counts early if the rookie is showing out. Keeps him nice and fresh for the later portions of the season, should the Brownies get into games that are well-in-hand in the 2nd half for the good guys. I know we all want Myles to chase that DPOY title, but the same goes for him when you consider Ogbo comes in as a 2pt DPR and any further improvement from Wright would just be icing on the cake. I actually expect Isiah Thomas to improve and beat out Alex Wright for a spot though. But GM's don't like being made fools of, so if such a case were to come up, they'll stash or move on from 7th rounder IT just to keep "their" 3rd round guy (Wright)
Mo, like Hill, is a rotational piece coming off injury. They'll have to prove they're healthy first. Which leaves the smallest crack in the door to keep open a potential spot for Togiai and/or Jordan Elliot fighting it out. If push comes to shove, and we keep 5 IDL on roster if Mo and Hill do have a promising camp and pre-season, then Jordan gets the axe first, IMHO.
