Cleveland Browns (Finally drafting Buckeyes)

Still not understanding the mindset of Watson being 'The' or really even 'a' problem. His contract creates issues, but the problem with what unfolded this season was that the moment we saw Deshaun and the offense begin to bloom, that hope was immediately snuffed out. I go back to that Ravens game, it was that win which made a push to the playoffs possible and the team used as a springboard to finish the season from.

The Ravens have faced

Jared Goff
Justin Herbert
CJ Stroud
Trevor Lawrence
Brock Purdy
Geno Smith
Tua
Matt Stafford

All of them did not beat Baltimore. More to the point, of that lot, only one QB helped his offense score more than 20 points, with several being held under 10.

Watson lit the Ravens up for 3 quarters through injury that required season ending surgery.

Health is an issue, coaching may be an issue, personnel may be an issue. But when Watson started flashing, he flashed like he used to in Houston that made him one of the better young QBs in the NFL. Talent is not a problem there.

Salary cap issues are a problem.
So is his complete inability to stay healthy for half a season, let alone a playoff run. It necessitates keeping a guy like Flacco around to be the pinch hitter.
Which just makes the salary cap issues even more egregious, since he will never play in the playoffs.
Then there's all the lost picks syphoning talent out of the room and forcing them to pay more FAs.

So things are pretty rosey?

Always felt, while he might not be top tier, that Dorsey was the fall guy for McDermott, and obviously because Josh Allen's on-field decision making and turnover penchant can't be questioned now that he's making big money.

I'm willing to see how the hire works out.
The only thing I'd be worried about with Dorsey is that fundamentally, his offense was built around rugged Josh Allen, and Watson, as we know by now, is brittle as fuck. I can't see being able to use too many of the plays or concepts that made Buffalo tick with Watson, because he won't last 4 games.
