You'll notice the defense has only struggled against bigger, athletic, cannon-armed QB's who can create on their own or when the play breaks down.
The dline is still getting good pressure rate. Herbert had to move A LOT today. The problem is, unlike most QB's, once he moves off the spot he's still every bit as lethal.

Kid is special. Possibly Patrick Mahomes special.
