Already been debunked by the Browns’ director of PR. Dead giveaway should have been the 3-13 Cardinals playing on Thanksgiving Day.
I guess we'll know for sure tonight.Let me tell ya.......the last thing a director of public relations would do is lie. If he or she says it, it's gotta be true.
I still agree that the Thanksgiving game against the Cards makes it bogus....I just thought it was funny that the person who's job it is to shape the truth to make the Browns look good was the source.I guess we'll know for sure tonight.
The NFL has made a concerted effort to enhance the Thursday Night games this year and last. There are some pretty juicy match-ups for TNF this season: Eagles at Packers, Rams at Seahawks, Steelers at Browns, Colts at Texans, and Cowboys at Bears are all part of the slate. It's certainly no Sunday Night Football but it's getting better.I’m sick of Thursday games being counted as prime time, even if they are at night. It’s Thursday. Are they going to play it at 1? Shitty teams get Thursday games (minus the Bengals this year.) Primetime is Sunday and Monday night. Fuck, the Browns play on Thursday night very damn year. Doesn’t matter if they won 1, 2, zero games the year before. Because it’s Thursday. The night for Dolphins/Jets, Jags/Titans. GTFOH with counting it as a primetime game as some kind of tally towards a team’s relevancy. They got three primetime games, which is awesome. And they got the *pretty much league required* Thursday nighter. That one is a big whoopty fucking doo.
