Cleveland Browns (Factory of Sadness)

So the Browns give up #2, #104, and #200, and get #5, #36, #126, and a first round pick next year. I think that's a really good trade for the Browns.
Then, the team with the worst offense in the league last year, averaging less than HALF the points of the Detroit Lions, draft a defensive player??
Are they trying to become the next Iowa Hawkeyes? I mean, it won't work in the NFL. But it seems to me that they aren't trying.
Note that the league is full of players who are succeeding, even though I thought they wouldn't, and there's a lot of players sitting at home who I thought were going to be great. Maybe he'll be the next hall of famer.

They aren't signing Cousins. They've made it pretty clear they're okay rolling with Pickett/Flacco (lol).
We need a nickname for that murderer's row of a duo...let's see, Flacco has a cannon but no idea who's going to catch it, while Pickett can barely limp-dick it 10 yards downfield...The Strudel and the Noodle?

33. Cleveland Browns

Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado

The Browns weren't comfortable selecting a quarterback in Round 1, but the front office is able to spend Friday coming to a consensus on Sanders -- whose value looks much better at No. 33 than it did in the top five. The pressure to play him and his pressure to perform are much more manageable in this spot.
That shit's happening. No way Jerrah lets them pass on him.

I saw an article where the Browns really liked Tyler Shough; in fact it mentioned that they might trade up one spot in the draft (to 32nd pick) because as a 1st rounder they would get a 5th year option, etc. Anyway, they got to take a QB. I'll say it will probably be Sanders though.
