Cleveland Browns (Factory of Sadness)

I’d rather just double down on defensive like if we can’t move back and snag Carter or Graham. Hunter does nothing to move the needle as far as wins for this roster as it’s constructed imo. I don’t know, at the same time — who gives a fuck

I agree - and frankly even with Carter there's a large hill to climb to get this to anything like a competitive team. I just happen to think that even with an average offense, having Carter on the line opposite of Garrett would have them in contention for a wild card spot at least. Whether or not they can be an NFL average offense remains to be seen though.

The whole idea of drafting Hunter has the idiots out thinking he's the key to them winning the Super Bowl and the media turds are falling over themselves saying they are for it. Unserious part of the fanbase.

Well I think yours guys pick at #2 is a pretty easy choice with Hunter. In terms of Milroe, I can't comprehend why he is projected so high. I wouldn't take him before Day 3...I've seen him play and he is prone to disaster with his decision making and vacillating accuracy. I would much rather have Howard, but maybe that's just me (and no homerism, I just think Howard is the better QB and has a higher chance of success in the NFL).

-Dart is a no-go from me.
-Same for Milroe. Unless both are had late.
-Sanders has tools, none particularly elite. But I'll also struggle to get past his hovercraft of a Dad and him throwing his teammates under the bus during this season.

-Can Ward scares the bejesus out of me as well, but the Miami passing structure sort of sucks at times. He's a patient "scanner"... Which reminds me of Weeden, and his penchant for dumb turnovers is Winston+esque.

Haven't had much time to watch the OT class but Banks from Texas didn't impress me. He's capable but I don't see top tier (needs work on his strike, badly)

At 33 things can get weird. I wouldn't even hate a trade down a couple spots depending on the haul. Trenches need attention and IDL is a question mark with the off-season injury from Mikey Hall and Dalvin Tomlinson being cut. LB is another ? Then there's our DB situation... Our safeties aren't good, and there is no contrasting ability. So if coach Schwartz intends on sitting with a single high dominant mindset, while continuing to call the pressures at the rate he has, it sort of forces you to target DB.

Re: Hunter. Kid is talented. Needs to work on his upper body strength as a DB. Almost feel like he'd be better suited as a WR. But this team isn't even remotely close to being a WR away from the playoffs.

This is where I end up circling back around to trench play. And no, I don't mean Abdul Carter. His injury concerns and how he fits under Schwartz's defensive fronts is another concern I have.

Strong arm + fast + NFL GMs/Owners are troglodytes.

Hunter should NOT be the #2 pick. He's not worth it.
