Cleveland Browns (Factory of Sadness)

Already making use of that OBJ savings. This makes me happy. These are the things they need to show Baker in his contract discussions. Hopefully they can extend Njoku as well. If Ward can stay healthy and have more games like Sunday he is going to get paid.
Probably going to have to give Bitonio a increase in his salary especially since they gave Teller such a big bump and Joel is rated as the #3 guard in the NFL right behind #2 Teller. That OBJ money is certainly going to help with these bumps.

The whole OL is now getting paid pretty well. IIRC Bitonio was the highest paid guard when he signed his current contract. At his age I'd look to extend him at his current 10M a year for as long as he wants to play. On the bright side we have at least 1 more year of this OL before they have to make decisions about Bitonio, Tretter, and Conklin. Hopefully they all take a little less to stay together, but I'm guessing we'll need to be looking for a C and RT over the next year or two. You can't have everyone on the OL being in the top 5 paid at their position.

They'll have a decision to make with Tretter this offseason. Releasing him frees up $8.25 million in cap space but the option behind him (Nick Harris) looked poor in the preseason and in limited 2020 appearances.

When the refs call that ticky tack bs PI on the Browns but let the NE o line tackle defenders every play …… can’t blame the secondary

Also don’t understand abandoning the run when they went straight down the field first drive of the game
