Starting Kizer from day one was a colossal mistake, and perfectly illustrates everything wrong with this clown show. Anybody with an ounce of brains could see he wasn't ready. Now, you have destroyed the kid 7 games into his career. I'm not saying he was.the savior, but they'll never know now.

Right, and they basically do it year in and year out. If they had kept McCown and given Kizer some duty along the way they could develop him.

Dumbest franchise in the world! We need 10 yards to keep a drive going, and our receivers run 20 before turning around. Every coach in the NFL knows that you count to 2 Mississippi, you better get rid of it. No timing patterns, no slants, no out routes to the running back, etc... Dumbest franchise ever! Everyone says it's s easy to be an armchair quarterback, or a couch coach, but how much worse could it be? Hue sucks and this whole franchise sucks! Stupid, stupid ,stupid!! Start fining these idiots for stupid penalties dropped passes interceptions, etc... We'd all get fired for screwing up at work like these overpaid idiots! Rant over.

To be fair it's a Catch22... they cant just keep firing people like a revolving door and expect anything... but they also cant stay on the same road.
There's no answer here except 'draft better' regardless of staffing... which is where they should just hire BP

If they want stability for stabilities sake, I'd challenge the FO to stop fucking around and take all.the picks they have this year. You can trade up but not down, but use them in this draft. (At least the first 3 rounds). Assets are useless if they don't end up as players eventually.

Honestly, Kaep would be a good acquisition... mediocre but best talent since Hoyer at least. And he can create a little for himself until 2 Steelers tear him in half - but hey, even that qualifies as 'entertainment' and a few people would love the schadenfreude i guess.
