I'm going to live in the place in my head where the Browns drafted Wentz, Thomas, Garrett and Hooker so I can avoid seasonal affective depression.
Two good drafts would have begun to turn around the fortunes of this franchise and in typical fashion they just continue to fuck up year after year.
It's astounding that they could've taken all four of them by just staying where they were and taking the best guy. Brutal.

@LordJeffBuck If you have access to the BP twitter handle, fire one across the nose of the Browns account and let them know the BP Browns board is available for hire.
I'm shutting this [Mark May] off and not turning it back on the rest of the year.
Exactly.
Sashi, for all his good moves re: the Houston trade and somehow getting a pick for Erving has botched this terribly with 'too many' trade downs. If he isn't gone at the very minimum his role must be significantly reduced.
I remember going on a rant last year when fans wanted a "football guy" in the front office. I said when you have someone so obsessed with quantifying the game in numbers (I.E. Sashi) and someone so obsessed with the "he's just a football player" line, you then have a polar opposite dogmatic situation where either one sinks your front office and your team. Because at one end you get Sashi, at the other you get someone like ... McDaniels. Because I fucking bet he felt real great believing Tebow was worthy of a 1st round pick.
Go scan PFF season grades the past couple years. Seriously, we don't even need scouts. Every one of our picks has lead at their respective position on PFF boards. Corey Coleman? He was their #1 graded receiver. Nassib and Ogbah? I think they lead in pass rushing grades for individual conferences. Then when they don't go that chart - you go off the deep and and take Jabrill fucking Peppers. Someone that neither grades out well nor passes the eye test.
In short, they went full retard.
