No, but when was the last time Bitonio stayed healthy for a whole season?I don't think teams will be beating down the door for a 32 year old guard coming off of lisfranc.
NFLN reporting that the Browns are releasing Osweiler.
They bought a draft pick, end of story. Smellway can think he is smart, like he always does, but it's not like Os didn't get ample chances to show what garbage he was.John Elway: Broncos will welcome Brock Osweiler 'with open arms'
With backup quarterback Paxton Lynch expected to miss at least the first month of the regular season, the Denver Broncos quickly, and happily, turned to a familiar face Saturday, signing Brock Osweiler to a one-year deal.
Osweiler, who spent his first four years in the league with the Broncos, was released by the Cleveland Browns earlier this week. The Broncos will pay Osweiler the veterans' minimum of $775,000.
The Browns, who owed Osweiler $16 million after his release, will now pay him $15.225 million. Osweiler's deal with the Broncos is pending a physical on Monday.

Sometimes, it seems, you can still get what you pay for.Bronco fans next door to me are crowing about what a great deal they made getting Osweiler for next to nothing.
That was the point of it all. A 2nd round pick and a dollar amount to get the franchise to the salary camp basement. Check this out which is accurate from my understanding.

So as of today, the Browns have 61M + in cap space (probably more after the season) and 14 picks in the 2018 draft (probably will be less by the end of the draft).
IF DK comes in and plays reasonably well as a rookie, what do the Browns do from there? As long as the front office keeps doing what they are doing, future doesn't look to bad.
So you are saying it's hopeless.
