Cleveland Browns (2013 Season)

Does anyone out there other than me hope that Jimmy Haslam gets the prison cell that he deserves.

Any of our potential free-agents are going to leave. No player worth a damn will ever want to play here. Chud had NOTHING to work with since he arrived here. This organization gave him shit to work with, only 5 picks in last years draft? Hoyer was his guy and looked good after giving returning stater Weeden his chance to lose his job while on the job, which he did as expected. Not gonna blame it on injuries or anything else, but this guy deserved more than he got.

Total bullshit play. This is going to be the worst franchise in professional sports for a long time,as it has been for the past 15 years.

Peace

I'm not an NFL guy. I look at scores and teams with some interest. But I'm from Toledo and I have always been an Ohio follower. The Browns are my team for some un-godly reason. But I can now be certain that I don't give two shits for that franchise. Cleveland is dead to me. I am not a fan of Cincinnati either, so Fuck Off. Unless the Crew or Blue Jackets can pull their weight, then it's all OSU. I can only DVR one soap opera at a time. And Days of our Lives is much better then the crap I see being put on the field.

Pathetic. Not unexpected, just pathetic.
Not pathetic at all. If a guy can't play in year one, you cut him. If a coach can't coach in year one, you fire him. Why give Chud three or four years to absolutely prove that he's inept when you strongly suspect that now?

Chud's quick firing should not scare off any candidates for the job. First, money is the main driver; second, a good coach will believe that he is able to succeed in any situation; and third, candidates will appreciate that the front office is decisive and has a direction, and is unwilling to tolerate mediocrity. The main problem will be convincing the next round of candidates that they won't be "yes men" for Haslam.

I'm not convinced they aren't looking for a yes man for LOLBardi. Even worse, while they might attract one or two good coaching candidates, coaches don't play the game on the field. It isn't as if Cleveland was a destination for FAs before this idiocy either....

Maybe they can make it a decade of double digit losses....if you're gonna suck you might as well break records, right?
