The one item that sticks out that everyone seems shocked I have not seen:
Lord of the Rings

I have never watched any of the Lord of the Rings either or any of that Harry Potter bullshit either, and never will. I gave my Dungeons and Dragons days when I was 12.

I just saw "This Is Spinal Tap" for the first time last night. Loved it.

Other movies that people give me shit for not seeing:

The Graduate
Animal House
The Godfather
Star Wars (all of 'em)
Caddyshack

You just saw Spinal Tap? no wonder you don't get half my jokes.

Watch it a couple more times every time you watch it you see 10 things you never noticed the time before.

I have never seen

ET
Any of the newer Star Wars
Braveheart
The Bridges of Madison County
Beaches
Fried Green Tomatoes
Ya Ya Sisterhood
The Matrix

"I think that the problem may have been...that there was a Stonehenge monument on the stage that was in danger of being crushed...by a dwarf."

[Nigel is playing a soft piece on the piano]
Marty DiBergi: It's very pretty.
Nigel Tufnel: Yeah, I've been fooling around with it for a few months.
Marty DiBergi: It's a bit of a departure from what you normally play.
Nigel Tufnel: It's part of a trilogy, a musical trilogy I'm working on in D minor which is the saddest of all keys, I find. People weep instantly when they hear it, and I don't know why.
Marty DiBergi: It's very nice.
Nigel Tufnel: You know, just simple lines intertwining, you know, very much like - I'm really influenced by Mozart and Bach, and it's sort of in between those, really. It's like a Mach piece, really. It's sort of...
Marty DiBergi: What do you call this?
Nigel Tufnel: Well, this piece is called "Lick My Love Pump".
