Rumors

I hate rumors as much as the next guy. However, I am also a worrier.
There is some rumors on BM, I mean BN about some serious allegations against JT concerning MOC. They are said to be coming down in the next week.

Does anyone here know anything, or is this just more BM bullshit?

#1 The reason why Michigans Basketball program got hit so hard over Webber is because they covered it up!!

#2 We fired our Basketball coach as soon as the University found out what happened. We will get hit but not as hard because we didn't cover it up.

#3 MOC was suspended once we found out about what he was being looked at for by the NCAA. We probably lost a NC because we complied with the NCAA and worked with their investigators. Anything still looming about MOC OSU will get slapped on the wrist because he is gone. If he were still playing here it might be a big deal.

Please don't bring that Bucknuts shit over here. I read that dumbass thread where the guy bringing the shit up won't even elaborate.

OSU has paid one NC for Claretts shit. If there is an investigation it isn't about that wannabe football player.

I also saw one or two posts on OZone in the context of something Conley said on his or someones' radio show. Being far away, I don't have a sense of Conley and so have no judgment there. However, I do not recall the poster(s) being attacked as flakes or flamers on the board.
Hope it is nothing to be concerned about.

FWIW this is the text of the Kern post that has me worried - but it would still fall under the heading of rumor:

I'll tell you what I told Duane when he asked me earlier tonight. What I know and what I've heard are two different things. No sense writing here what I've heard if it turns out not to be true.

That's why I qualify it with what's being alleged. What's being alleged is serious, the kind of stuff that brings ESPN (and the NCAA) to town.

The people who know or have heard what its about are not talking to much about it. Thats just the way it is, and I suspect trying to get to the bottom of it at this point would be fruitless. Time proves all things and this is one of them that we will have to wait and see what happens.
