Well, that's where it becomes the rest of the country's and future recruits' responsibility to educate themselves on the facts, and not the accusations made by a disgruntled former player.

Let's see USC, Oklahoma, and other big time programs are offering me scholarships along with OSU.

OSU is in the media alot lately for having problems, the others aren't.
Do I take the other schollies, or spend time wondering, and "educating myself" if the OSU allegations are true?

If I am a life time Buckeye fan, I will educate myself. But if I am a typical high school kid looking for the best fit. I say f*** OSU.

I know, "we only want guys that want to be Buckeyes"

Guys I merged the two running threads. Things may seem somewhat jumbled in the post order but it will work out better in the long run if we keep the whole MoC discussion in a single thread. I'm off to a meeting now so feel free to curse me in my PM's :biggrin:

ok, i just got back from watching the morons at BN flame the guy who brought the rumor to them. what is it with people? they cant handle a rumor that goes against their school they they flame the guy? i love how they all know how much of a saint tressel is and he wouldnt have done anything wrong. im not saying he did anything wrong, but nobody on these message boards knows tressel or what he has done.

im so sick of fucking morons. kill the messenger, then the rumor wont be true :roll1:

Anything involving Clarett will not be based in truth. It will be based in personal gain. I know that hindsight is 20/20, but NC or no NC, I wish this kid had never set foot on OSU's campus.

By the way, where is the money coming from for all Clarett's personal training in Texas?

There is obviously something about OSU and the media that just isn't going to go away. Washington and Colorado don't get this much press and this story was investigated by the NCAA and nothing was found.

How will OSU address any specifics (assuming there are some) that Clarett brings forth about OSU? Are they allowed to sue Clarett for slander? I think that question should be asked. If he brings forth allegations that are proven untrue, what can OSU do about it?

Any legal eagles out there?

It's not a rumor anymore is it? ESPN is here and is going to run a piece (of shit).

By the sound of things they are going to run it during Michigan week. That's outstanding.

Boycotting ESPN is going to be tough, but I'm going to give it a try.

There is another thread on BN that says the National Media was in town asking

questions last week .... not the NCAA ... but the media .....

In that thread there is a guy who says he knows JT is dirty and is going

to do everything he can to bring it out in the open.

All we need is another TA to get involved!!!!!!!!

The guy on BN is getting grilled for basically saying something is coming... I know about it... but how dare you ask me to say what it is.

I don't mind hearing about a rumor, but when the person that breaks the rumor knows more facts but doesn't let everyone know just to be able to say after it comes out "See, I told you this would be bad" I just hate those people.
