So the new Dick in charge says rebuilding the bullpen is the #1 priority (as one does after putting a historically bad bullpen on the field the year prior)

Step 1: Sign the corpse of Drew fucking Storen

Yeah sure, the 84 innings he pitched in Toronto were only slightly less horrific to watch than angry prison rape but he pitched much better in those 18 innings after he was sent to Seattle and we all know GABP plays more like SAFECO than the Rogers Center does. Am I right?

Even should GABP prove to be slightly hitter friendly, I'm sure his declining velocity and rising HR rate won't be an issue.
