Exactly. You want to call ticky tack bullshit, call it all game... Don't call that stupid shit on the final fucking drive of the game. That's just a terrible look.

I'd say the last 2 were legit but the one in the middle on the LB was oh so that's how it's going to be. The roughing I was expecting and the one at the goal was just a db getting handsy as fuck in a no win situation

They also called holding on the Rams right after the sketch call, but, they didn't get those yards because Von Bell decided to spear Cooper Kupp. The call on Apple wasn't close.

I'll be honest, I haven't seen much to complain about in the NFL officiating this season, or at least in the postseason. Penalties get missed, corny flags get thrown every game. But this was some shady shit. They were letting damn near everything slide right up until LA needed to win. Terrible optics.

But if they don't call the sketch one, the other 2 likely don't happen. It's 4th and goal from the 7, Bengals drop 8 in protect mode, and keep everything in front of them, likely setting up a situation like Mahomes last week. Instead it's 1st and goal from the 3, and the whole playbook is open.

Right, they missed a call, or held their whistle. They'd done that all game (many holds both ways, from the looks of things), so that's how it was being officiated. That play was par for the rest of the game. The final drive was not.

Nah, they would have thrown it at Kupp and the Bengals would have mugged him. Because those were their instructions.
