Cincinnati Bengals (Same Ole Bengals)

To be fair I'm back on the bandwagon now. I do NOT like Tyler Boyd, I think he's a great college player with no ability to separate in the pros. Vigil, I know nothing about but Fackerell the pick after I loved and so was definitely disappointed.

But what we've done today I don't think I could have liked any better. No idea why Billings fell but assuming he didn't kill anyone, people were saying he could be a first rounder, so end of the fourth is absurd. Then Westerman is again another guy who people have no idea why he fell so far at our biggest position of need, assuming that the projections to center are accurate. If we'd just switched rounds on those four picks I would be in love with this draft so I'm in now.

Also, I might be a moron.

I think they've had a pretty poor draft aside from the Billings pick in the 4th, which was a steal and he's probably a great replacement for an aging Peko. They could've redeemed themselves by picking Braxton at the end of the 2nd but made a poor selection in Boyd. I know the draft is essentially a crap shoot, but on paper it looks no bueno.

I like how this thread has fallen back far enough to be barely above the JaMarcus Russell thread. I don't give two [Mark May]s about this team anymore but this Deadspin article is so on point, I am positive this will be enjoyed by everyone in here. Reminds me why I shouldn't feel bad for not caring.

Worth a read, for sure. Some good, funny lines. :biggrin2:

Let's see:

Eiffort out until week 4 at the earliest (china doll)

Best draft pick out for the year likely. (Billings)

Number 1 pick likely out for year.

Two number 1 OT's from last year hurt. (Not sure how long out)

PK missed last three kicks in pre-season.

Dalton 100%.

Yep, these dicks will be on the level of suckage as the Reds. Fuck em. Thank goodness for Redzone channel.
