According to Zac at his press conference Evans and Dax Hill are both week to week. Evans apparently hyperextended his knee leaving him with a PCL injury. Apparently he did not disclose what's specifically wrong with Dax's shoulder.

DJ Reader, it's optimistic it'll be sooner rather than later. Decision next Monday.

Mike Hilton said he had surgery on his finger last week but he will be good for the Steelers game.

So it's not all bad news...

It would be nice to have Reader in there against the Titans.

Not all bad news indeed, hopefully the bye week gets these guys healthy enough to play. Hilton and Reader are the ones I especially think we need back, the defense has adjusted but Reader is much needed to stop the run (especially against the Titans as @Zem said) and with Awuzie out, Hilton is an absolute must going forward. Dax being back is ideal but if it takes a few weeks I think we can live until then. Evans I like but we rarely use him since our staff thinks Perine is an all-purpose back for whatever reason.

Before the Steelers' garbage drive at the end, Pickens' long reception was half their total yardage for the second half. First half, I understand giving up some points; getting used to defending a brand new QB.

Coffin. Nails. bam...

The last-second loss to the Cowboys looks less and less bad every week doesn't it, lol?

Salvaged is the exact word my dad and I said after yesterday. All in all, maybe our most impressive win of the year on the road against a very good team without Chase or Mixon. Lots of great individual performances but I love what I'm seeing from Taylor-Britt...looks like we got two really good ones with the first 2 picks and just at the right time with the injuries there. Great win and a huge challenge coming up next week with KC, but at least it's at home and we should have Chase and Mixon back.
