Cincinnati Bearcats (Juggalos official thread of Faygo)

There surely isn't the cash in Columbus (nor probably the political incentive) for UC or U of A to get a billion here and a billion there as a hand-out.

Not to deflect the thread, but if Akron can't dig itself out of its spending spree on its own and comes--cup in hand--to the Ohio taxpayers, this should result in Kent and Akron being forced to merge.

It was the pinnacle of Rhodes' lunacy to absorb a bankrupt municipal university into the system when there was a perfectly good state campus 30 miles away that had been in existence for 60 years.

Bailout UC, with stringent conditions and BOR oversight on what they can and can NOT do in the future and force a merger between KSU and Akron. I'd call that making lemonade out of lemons.

Sources: USC receiver Carswell might be headed for Cincinnati

USC wide receiver Brandon Carswell might transfer to Cincinnati, according to sources.
Carswell, who is a junior, is free to leave under a NCAA rule that allows juniors and seniors to transfer without sitting out a season because of USC's recent NCAA sanctions.
Carswell played in nine games last year and caught five passes for 21 yards. Fullback D.J. Shoemate announced last week he would transfer to Connecticut. Carswell's former USC teammate, wide receiver Vidal Hazelton, is currently playing at Cincinnati.

I'm just a juggalo
everywhere I go
people hear the crap I'm saying

playing for a chance
at a title shot dance, so
every week I do some praying

there will come a day
kelly's recruits will pass away
then what will they say about me?

when the end comes I know
I'll be just a juggalo
football goes on without me

(I was bored during halftime) :wink2:
