It started last year when the UC athletic department had an intro screen to their website. The screen said "Ohio's BCS team", clearly directed at Ohio State. This was when UC had the Big East wrapped up.
Unfortunately for the powers that be at UC, it was a clear display of their ignorance about the BCS system as they seemed to forget that there were at-large bids left to go out and TWO Ohio teams went to BCS games.
It was completely unwarranted and despite ending with egg on their face the athletic department continues to act like "little brother."
