Add my share of hate filled karma to the anti-UC fire fwiw. Phone call from a long lost relative today did the trick. I tried to be good and root for an Ohio team but that's dead.

Given the disproportion of the two different levels of success I'm seriously debating on which fan base had a harder time dealing with success, UF or UC.

Honest to Tebows dad right now I might have to say UC because they are essentially just below UF level arrogance with Wake Forrest level success.

I personally will be rooting like hell for UC. I understand why others aren't, but I have the fortune of not knowing any annoying Cinci fans. In fact, the only Cinci fan I know is one of my best friends. He roots like crazy for OSU pretty much purely because I'm an OSU fan, so it's the least I can do to root for his team in their time in the sun for him.

It does suck that apparently so many of their fans are being immature, to say the least, about their success. But don't judge the whole program--the immature ones always stand out the most, while the ones like H&G here, and my good friend, aren't as noticeable, because, well, they're not obnoxious.

Don't think I've met a non-obnoxious UC fan yet. Met a few more today - none of which I want to talk to ever again in my life.

I know they're out there. But I can't ignore what I've seen. Go Gators.
