How can they really be this fucking stupid, part 4,939.

The juggalos are no longer going to suspend foosball players who get into trouble. They're going to fine them: i.e. take money out of their COA allowance. Aside from the fact that it devastates the notion that this money is necessary for the athletes to live or that it absolutely calls into question the student-employee debate, it's such a sleazy SEC thing to do. Oh, let's figure out a way to keep them on the field. That's it, we'll take their Chipotle money away instead of suspending them.

This came up yesterday when Bud Foster mentioned VT exploring it. He was censured by the AD within a couple hours. For starters, it's a bad look when coaches making millions are docking pay from the $6000 or less leftover that trickles down to the kids. Second, why would the coaches have access to players' finances? Third, this a slap in the face to notion that college athletes aren't employees and can't unionize.

Tuberville is a moron for even echoing Foster, and this will be squashed the moment UC lawyers get the coaches in a room and tell them they don't want to open this can of worms.

Remember, this is UC we're talking about. They will totally ride it too long and too far until it becomes a national embarrassment. AD has already backed Tuberville, and the idiot President is probably too busy tweeting about how Cincy is the most bestest and awesomest college in the whole wide world all morning to even know what's going on.
