not posting this with any intent in mind. just curious how it looks when all grouped together.
players who have committed to and played for ho1tmann:
young - major role
jallow - medium role
ledee - transfer
washington - major role
muhammad - transfer
ahrens - minor role
diallo - no role yet
carton - transfer
gaffney - transfer
liddell - major role
10 committed recruits. 4 transfers. 4 players with medium/major roles.
certainly wouldn't label carton or muhammad as "misses." as such, ho1tmann's so-called hit rate of recruits developing into players with medium/major roles would be 6/10. not sure how that stacks up against ho1tmann's peer group, but my guess is that 60% is close to standard.
the remaining 4 players are ahrens, diallo, gaffney, and ledee. it's questionable whether any particular player proves to be at least a moderate producer in college.
